The Cosina CT-1 is a manual focus 35mm SLR from Cosina. It accepts K mountbayonet lenses.

It has a vertically-traveling metal focal-plane shutter with speeds from 1s to 1/1000 and B. Flash sync is at 1/125 sec. The self-timer is mechanical, with a delay of approx 10 sec. It features an open-aperture TTL match-needle center weighted metering system using a CdS cell. The meter has a range of 3 to 18 EV at (ASA 100), and can be set to film speeds of 25 to 1600 ASA. Note that the meter was designed to take power from a single 1.35 volt mercury button cell, now banned. Common alkaline and silver-oxide cells which fit the battery compartment physically are 1.5 volts and will likely give incorrect meter readings.

The CT-1 was followed by the very similar Cosina CT-1A, which replaced the analog needle exposure display with three LEDs.

Cosina has a long history of manufacturing cameras under contract to be sold under the branding of different companies. Many sources on the web[1] state that this model was the basis for cameras such as the Nikon FM10 and the Olympus OM2000.
