The Brownie was a long-running popular series of simple and inexpensive cameras made by Eastman Kodak.
- Introduced in 1900, It was a basic cardboard box camera with a simple meniscus lens
- Uses 620 roll film, yielding eight 6 × 9 cm images per roll.
- Instantaneous shutter speed (around 1/50th to 1/100th of a second) plus a Bulb setting for long exposures.
